Given Up on You’re Keeping Fit & Healthy New Years Resolutions?

It’s that time of year again where not so long ago you had all made new years resolutions to get fit, be more active and watch what you eat!, but as usual you have not stuck by them and those resolutions are fast becoming a distant memory!

Why Do We Do It?…

The reason is fairly simple, you and I are living in a world that is so fast paced that we don’t have the time, effort or patients for anything let alone exercising and waiting to results to start showing.  So we do the thing that comes so natural to humans, we QUIT!  Then we will pull out all the excuses for why we quit, how certain hurdles like work, your partner, the kids, the traffic have prevented you from sticking to your new fitness regime.

Is There a Quick Fix?…

The quick and short answer to this question is NO, However there are ways in which you can reach your fitness goals in much shorter time frames with GOOD RESULTS, but you still have to commit some time and dedication.
 
With anything in life if you have the right information you can achieve what you want allot quicker and vice versa with not so good information things can take allot longer….this brings me on to the next product that I stumbled upon which I think will be great for all those guys and gals that are looking to lose weight and look ripped in a short a time as possible.

The Secrets of Bodybuilding 2010

 

First of all the cover looks great and it definitely captured my eye so I thought I would find out what it was all about by downloading and looking through the routines. 

Having been a personal trainer for 11 years I have to say it is a great routine, if your looking for definition and weight loss then it fits both of those categories.  There are exercises and routines that I personally haven’t used consistently enough to say they worked for me but hey if Derrick Twum looks like he does in that manual then it definitely works, he does look exceptionally good!

All in all I was pleasantly suprised at how well then whole book is written, it isn’t your typical “do this, then do that, now rest now do this” followed by some vein popping poshes!  The start of the manual is heavely loaded with some real educational material on health and fitness, some science and excellent truths of the health and fitness industry.

My over all rating on this training manual is it is ONE OF A KIND and definately ticked all my check boxes…

So if you are after some serious training and looking for results in the minimal amount of time then this is the training manual for you.

Im going to let you on a bit of a secret, I have since been in contact with Derrick and if all goes well I should be getting a first hand interview from him talking abit more about his training manual and some more training advice for all those that are serious about there training.

And yes you would have heard it first  here on Musclemadness!
