J.K.D – Jeet Kune Do

After recieving a number of emails asking if we had any association with instructors from J.K D I first thought this was a prank as I had never heard of J.K.D before. But before I dismissed the whole idea I decided to google it and see what I could find. I was happy to soon realise I was NOT being sent on a wild goose chase!

So I got the wheels of action in motion and came across a more than qualified individual in the form of Laks of West London.

I spoke to Laks briefly on the phone and informed him who I was and from what website and he was kind enough to set some time apart prior to his class.

We met at the club Laks teaches in, in West London and was given a very warm welcome and started with the interview.

We were only a few minutes into meeting and greeting when I couldn’t help but notice how passionate Laks was talking about J.K.D. He truly lives by the philosophies he has been taught and practices J.K.D on a spiritual level.

In all honesty I am glad I took on this mission to find a J.K.D instructor as I too have learnt so much in such a short period of time…So for all you Musclemadness members that wanted more information on J.K.D…here it is…you will also be happy to know that I was so impressed with what I was hearing on and off the camera from ’ that I have asked him to article write for Musclemadness and he has agreed!….so musclemadness members Laks will be article writing and blogging exclusively for Musclemadness…another great coup!
